Statement of Purpose

I would like to submit my name for nomination for SVP Programs. I have served in this position since July and feel that much could be accomplished by continuing in the position another year.

We (ICSB Board) are currently examining the structure of our World Conference. We are looking at whether we should stay with the historically used affiliate –run conference or whether the International Office should run the conference. We are examining the idea of a stipulated Conference Planning Company versus letting the IO or affiliate choose to use a planner of their choice or none at all. This work will take significant time and I feel that I could make significant progress with another year in office.
